We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bidding on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, with a proven track record of winning projects and delivering high-quality results. As a Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects, crafting compelling proposals, and communicating effectively with clients to secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Freelance Bidder or similar role, with a successful track record of winning projects on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with freelance platforms, project management tools, and CRM software.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, bidding strategies, and sales techniques.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for winning new business and driving revenue growth.

Requirements:
- Experience with interacting with clients in the UK and US.
- More than 1 year of experience in freelancing and project acquisition.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Skillful in negotiations
- Recognize and adhere to the established protocol for communication channels.
- The capacity to collaborate and work alone.
- Previous CRM experience is desirable
- Bachelor's Degree would be a plus
