Mart Supervisor (Female)

We are seeking a dedicated Mart Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our retail location in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the mart by managing staff, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer service. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs55,000 and requires hands-on involvement at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily mart operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflow.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline to maintain a productive work environment.
- Assign daily duties to team members and evaluate their performance regularly.
- Ensure proper product displays, accurate pricing, and organized shelving to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor stock levels closely and report any shortages promptly.
- Check product expiry dates and identify damaged items to maintain quality standards.
- Oversee cashiers and manage daily cash handling procedures securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the mart to comply with health standards.
- Address customer complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely stock receiving and replenishment.
- Implement measures to prevent stock losses, theft, and wastage.
- Report any operational issues or challenges to the Mart Manager in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall business goals.

Required Qualifications

- Education level of Intermediate or above.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in mart or retail operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
