Mart(Super Market) Manager (DHA Bader Commercial)

Pure Fresh Market is seeking a motivated and professional Store Manager to lead our retail operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service while driving sales and managing a dynamic team. As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the store’s daily functions, ensuring smooth operations, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales: Achieve monthly sales targets and effectively manage the store’s budget to maximize profitability.
Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and schedule cashiers and floor staff to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce.
Help Customers: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold high service standards and enhance the shopping experience.
Oversee Operations: Maintain operational excellence by ensuring cash registers function correctly, the store remains clean, and all safety protocols are followed.
Check Inventory: Collaborate with the stock team to monitor inventory levels, minimize theft, and reduce waste through accurate tracking.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within a retail store or supermarket environment.
Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, proficiency in basic mathematics, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Shift Work: Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
