Digital Marketing Intern

Mashkraft is a Canadian company dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions. We are building an email marketing department to enhance our marketing strategies and engage our audience more effectively. We are looking for motivated and creative Email Marketing Interns to join our team and assist us in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and transactional emails.
Help design and optimize email templates to ensure mobile responsiveness and brand consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email content that aligns with our marketing goals and target audience.
Build and maintain email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with email marketing best practices.
Run email marketing campaigns on Salesforce, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of email marketing principles and tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
