We are looking for a Experienced & Professional Receptionist / Admin Officer
Job Description
• Manage the front desk and perform admin duties.
• Facilitate the customers in the office
• Book appointments
• Manage cash including the receipt of payments
• Assist customer’s telephonic as well as walk in inquiries
• Maintain all necessary record related to reception area
• Supervise junior staff to maintain office professional environment.
• Provides general office support with clerical activities and related tasks
• Perform any other task assignment by the department head
Requirements
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Prefer at least bachelor's education
• Good command over English language
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Command in MS Office (Computer Literate)
• Punctuality of Time
• Proper Professional Dressing In Office
