· Responsible for preparing/planning routes to formulate PJP of each Order Booker
· To ensure generation of order through OB’s from the market
· To ensure secondary sales target through his team on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
· To ensure primary sales target of his territory.
· To ensure availability & visibility of brands / packs in his territory.
· To ensure timely delivery of trade letters / price structure to Retailers/ Shopkeepers through his OB’s / distribution sales team.
· Responsible for visiting LMTs, MTs to deliver company announcements
· Responsible for exploring new towns and markets of his/her territory
· To ensure the placement of POS material in his territory through his team.
· To ensure 100% execution of sales promotions / schemes to the retailers/ shopkeepers.
· Responsible for making daily visits to 25 outlets to find out opportunities and corrective measures.
· Responsible for sharing competition activity (Price, Promotions, New Pack / Brand Launch) and report to Area Sales Manager.
· Daily morning & evening meeting with Sales team & distributor’s front force.
· Prepare Opening & Closing Stocks report of all his distributors and report to Area Sales Manager.
· Any other task assigned by the management
