Master Data Coordinator

Systems Limited is seeking a Master Data Coordinator to ensure the completeness and accuracy of product data in line with specific data requirements and the Global Data Quality (DQ) tool. This role involves close collaboration with ODM and RPC teams to support Brand, Regulatory, NPI, Supply Chain, 3PL, and Customer operations, facilitating a seamless end-to-end supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process product data update and maintenance requests from key stakeholders using existing data request tools and systems, ensuring compliance with source factory specifications, DQ rules, and internal data standards.
- Own and maintain the Product Data Sheet (PDS) and Customer Data Sheet (CDS) Business Intelligence (BI) reports.
- Support and follow the Global obsolescence process, managed quarterly by ODM.
- Ensure consistent data alignment and flow between ECC and 3PL system JDA by conducting regular data validation checks throughout the month.
- Provide support for system project deployments from the end market perspective, including data cleansing, harmonization, and setup activities.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Atrify system, offering process knowledge and expertise related to the role.
- Identify and address process gaps and non-value-adding activities to drive operational efficiency in line with business strategy.
- Utilize Microsoft Visio for process mapping and updates as needed.
- Support ad hoc master data-related activities as required.
- Ensure all business processes comply with company control policies and directives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a background in data maintenance or supply chain preferably within multinational FMCG companies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables.
- Strong knowledge and experience in data management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, be results-driven, and manage pressure effectively.
- Experience in driving process improvements through efficiency initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
- Expertise in data management and stakeholder engagement.
- Awareness of product and customer data processes, along with product knowledge and market-specific requirements.
- Excellent resource and time management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in reporting, including generating insights from data.
- Advanced SAP user with strong system proficiency.
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
