Master Data Coordinator

Systems Limited is seeking a Master Data Coordinator to ensure the completeness and accuracy of product data in line with specific data requirements and the Global Data Quality (DQ) tool. This role involves close collaboration with ODM and RPC teams to support Brand, Regulatory, NPI, Supply Chain, 3PL, and Customer operations, enabling a seamless end-to-end supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product data updates and maintenance requests from key stakeholders using existing data request tools and systems, ensuring alignment with source factory specifications, DQ rules, and internal data standards.
- Own and maintain Product Data Sheets (PDS) and Customer Data Sheets (CDS) Business Intelligence (BI) reports.
- Support and follow the Global obsolescence process, coordinated quarterly by ODM.
- Ensure consistent data alignment and flow between ECC and 3PL system JDA by conducting regular data validation checks throughout the month.
- Provide support for system project deployments from the end-market perspective, including data cleansing, harmonization, and setup activities.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Atrify system usage, process knowledge, and role-related skills.
- Identify and flag process gaps and non-value-adding activities, driving efficiency improvements aligned with business strategy.
- Utilize Microsoft Visio for process mapping and updates as needed.
- Assist with ad hoc master data-related activities.
- Ensure all business processes comply with company control policies and directions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably within multinational companies.
- Proven experience in data maintenance or supply chain functions.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables.
- Solid knowledge and experience in data management.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, be results-driven, and manage pressure effectively.
- Experience in driving process improvements through efficiency practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and data management capabilities.
- Awareness of product and customer data processes, along with product knowledge and market-specific requirements.
- Effective resource and time management skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Reporting expertise, particularly in generating insights from data.
- High proficiency in SAP and other relevant systems.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
