Assisting Zonal Sales Manager in achieving sales target through the sales team and business partners/dealer in the designated area
Authorize monthly plans for reporting sales team members
Make necessary modification in reporting sales team member’s plans on weekly basis.
Interpret, present and discuss provided data with sales team.
Assisting Zonal Sales Manager in monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports
Visit dealers & furniture market for follow up visits whenever it is necessary for making contact effective for business generation.
Advise furniture store owners on proper displays, front bed, point of sale material and location of placements .
Assisting Zonal Sales Manager in resolving dealer issues whenever reported by sales team and ensure ever improving strong business relationship
with dealers.
