- Planning the entire construction project and documenting all the jobs (construction, plumbing, electrical etc.) that must be completed within given timelines.
- Responsible for administrative aspects of construction project. This includes being proficient in estimating bill of material, bill of quantity, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, design review, cost reporting, safety and proposal preparation.
- Oversee construction operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards.
- Liaising with the contractor and other construction professionals.
- Supervising construction, other Civil work and electrical team.
