- To liaise with the embassies and government departments such as BOI, MOI, Passport Offices, POLICE, FIA, Intelligence agencies etc. for all company required matters regarding international traveling and employee’s clearances.
- Complete the required documentation to arrange visas and tickets in timely manners.
- Boarding and lodging of foreigners (employees and other international stakeholders) as per company policy.
- Ensure that operational expenditures are in line with the approved budgets.
- Oversee general maintenance of plant.
- Handle disciplinary proceedings/grievance of employees with respect to housekeeping.
- Liaise with EHS department to ensure fire alarms and other safety equipment is in proper working condition.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Supervision and management of Mess/Canteen operations.
- Ensure that company food standards are maintained properly.
- Look after all company residences according to employee’s entitlement.
- Provide lodging facility and food in the Annexes and employees hostels.
- Supervise general administration and support services.
- Coordinate and direct the administration team to ensure employee facilitation at its best.
- To supervise Horticulture.
- Ensure the sales of scrap according to the policy and given rates in coordination with all the stakeholders.
- Closely liaison with Government Agencies such as WAPDA, Sui Northers, TMA, POLICE, FIA, Intelligence Bureau, BOI, MOI etc.
