- Work closely with the existing dealers of Southern Punjab and consistently hunt new opportunities by expanding dealers’ network
- Ensure revival of existing inactive dealers by building and maintaining good quality relationships
- Ensure strict implementation of CRPP (Customer Right Protection Policy)
- Collaborate with dealers for Dealers Displays’ renovation and up gradation
- Proactively work for effective recovery from advance as well as credit category dealers
- Monitor marketing officer to ensure effective implementation of the devised action plan
- Work closely and provide necessary assistance to the marketing and sales team in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution
- Monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities and devise effective counter measures
- Conceptualize, plan and proceed in an effective manner for dealership expansion, order taking, recoveries and achieving the set targets
- Plan & implement innovative marketing techniques for building Brand awareness & generating leads
- Prepare and present sales and recoveries reports
- Carry out other activities as required
