- Receive tile complaints from zonal offices and ensure them to resolve on immediate basis
- Give awareness about “fixing or fitting” to technical persons at the company’s work sites
- Get feedback about product quality and submit it to office in-charge
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving the complaints in an efficient manner
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Give your findings on tiles/sanitary claim against complaints
- Approve tours sanction pro forma for the zonal staff
- Keep record of monthly expenditures, office activities, staff performance and reports sent to Head office
- Present report to the line manger on monthly basis
- Carry out other activities as required
