· Locate vendors of material, equipment and / or supplies and interview them in order to determine product availability
· Analyze market and delivery systems in order to access present and future material availability
· Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies
· Ensure quality maintained purchasing
· Ensure strict compliance with the set processes at the time of purchasing materials / products
· Plan, organize, track and disseminate information related to Raw Material Suppliers
· Work closely with suppliers to optimize supplier process
· Assist with and train team on procurement, warehouse and contract policies and procedures
