- To assist the HOD for the smooth functioning of sales operations efficiently and effectively.
- To process dealers/customers demands/orders and as per instructions and defined SOPs.
- To liaison with the Warehouse
- Logistics and other concerned departments for the timely delivery of sales order as per dispatch plan
- To stay in touch with the dealers/customers to ensure the dispatch of orders in safe in timely manners.
- To take care of customer complaints under the directions of HOD.
- To maintain the record of all sales in SAP and present reports accordingly.
- To support, entertain and guide the visitors/guests/dealers during their visit to display center.
