• Prepare new HR Policies and develop the existing under the directions of HOD.
  • Conduct the compliance audit of HR Policies.
  • Develop SOPs and ensure the compliance accordingly.
  • HR related documents/data verification and Prepare reports regarding findings and suggestions/recommendations to improve the internal controls.
  • Analyze, Reconcile and verify all HR internal documents, previous reports, data etc.
  • Reconciles documentation to ascertain the accuracy and to ensure the adherence/compliance of company policies and procedures.
  • To work on rewards management system that would impact the employees’ efficiency, motivation, engagement and retention.
