Responsibilities
As an Insurance Sales Agent at Masters Insurance Broker, you will proactively identify and reach out to potential clients using sales prospecting techniques to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of insurance products to explain features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. Manage all sales interactions primarily over the phone, maintaining professionalism and building rapport through excellent communication skills. Stay updated with industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and timely information. Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into satisfied policyholders while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Document all sales activities and client information meticulously in company systems to support follow-up actions and reporting. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
