Material Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team in Karachi (Maripur). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring the timely availability of materials for production, and maintaining effective communication with external stakeholders. Strong proficiency in Excel is essential for this role to efficiently handle data and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Determine required materials and generate purchase orders accordingly.
- Manage project expenses by coordinating with finance, field teams, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure a consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for smooth production operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to align on goals, timelines, and supplier payments.
- Monitor customer demand patterns and purchasing trends to anticipate material needs.
- Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and finished products.
- Liaise effectively with internal customers, suppliers, and distributors to maintain strong relationships.
- Handle inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations promptly to minimize disruptions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduation.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in material coordination or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
