MATH TEACHER (Female) Valencia & UET Campus

We are seeking a dedicated and organized full-time Language Teacher to join our team at Avalon High Valencia and UET campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom lectures, preparing instructional materials, and fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves working closely with students to support their academic progress and personal development, while collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the best educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize and conduct classroom lectures and coursework effectively.
- Prepare teaching materials and design engaging activities to enhance learning.
- Assign homework and create interesting exercises to reinforce lessons.
- Identify students with special needs and develop individualized learning plans.
- Evaluate exams and assignments, determining grades fairly and accurately.
- Provide constructive feedback based on students’ workload and classroom behavior.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
- Research and implement new language teaching methods to improve instruction.
- Manage classroom crises and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their children’s progress.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to promote a supportive student experience.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in teaching language courses in a classroom setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prepare and manage coursework.
- Ability to assess student performance and provide meaningful feedback.
- Experience in identifying and supporting students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Competence in managing classroom dynamics and resolving conflicts.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adoption of new teaching methods.
