We are looking for a dedicated and skilled educator to join our team on a full-time, in-person basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, developing curriculum plans, and supporting student learning within a dynamic school environment. This role involves close collaboration with school leadership and fellow teachers to maintain high educational standards and foster a positive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver lessons effectively using proven teaching methodologies that engage students and facilitate their learning. Conduct research on new topics to stay current with subject knowledge and create innovative curriculum plans. Work closely with the School Head, Academic Facilitator, and other teachers to prepare and enhance curriculum content, teaching strategies, and assessment methods. Ensure the syllabus is completed within the designated school hours according to the established schedule. Identify and accommodate the needs of students requiring special education support. Maintain classroom discipline and uphold school policies and procedures to ensure a respectful and orderly learning environment. Actively participate in professional development opportunities such as workshops, seminars, and meetings. Assist the Activities Coordinator in organizing and supporting extra-curricular events.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in teaching with the ability to prepare and deliver effective lessons. Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment techniques. Ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and colleagues. Understanding of special education needs and inclusive teaching practices. Excellent classroom management skills and strict adherence to school policies. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
