Maven Logix is looking for an experienced Web Developer having experience with custom PHP development and frameworks; Laravel, Code Igniter, Yii and open source solutions based on PHP. The ideal candidate must be proficient in JavaScript including AJAX, JSON and jQuery and possess necessary know-how with front end development processes.
Requirements
- Sufficient experience with customization of E-Commerce solutions; WooCommerce, Shopity, OpenCart and Magento.
- 3rd party API integration, including; Gmail, Google Calendar, Office 365, Facebook, Twitter
- Database creation, integration, and management e.g. MySQL, SQLite and Oracle
Responsibilities
- Creating database schema that represent and support business processes
- Experience with oAuth, especially oAuth2
- Provision of clean code for functional application
- WordPress theme/plugin (design/development/customization) from scratch
- Experience working with JSON and XML data
- Experience working with AWS is a Plus
- Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
- Setup and administration of backups
- Data migration, transformation, and scripting
- Outputting data in different formats
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Solid software design and architecture skills
