We're looking for Project Managers to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should be able to carry out project from conceptualization till delivery and support. Previous experience of working of multiple software projects with tough deadlines. Must have atleast 5 years experience of Project Management.
Skills & Requirements:
- Should have attitude of getting things done.
- Must be able to manage stakeholders and keep them updated about the projects.
- Must be able to work closely with team and quality assurance to provide best quality application possible.
- Should be able to work closely with clients to meet their short, medium and long term goals.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaniously.
- Must be able to lead multiple teams of developers and able to meet deadlines as a team.
- Should be able to devleop all types of Project Management documents.
- Should have experience of developing business applications.
- Should have strong technical background so he can understand complex technical problems and its solutions.
- Strong leadership skills. Must be able to function as a team leader as well as an individual contributor.
- A keen interest in emerging technologies and how they might impact future design decisions and strategic directions.
Personnels willing to join immediately will be given preference.
