Maverick Helpers is seeking Male and Female staff for the call center. Looking for new talents for the UK Mobility Campaign and are providing a good opportunity for freshers to earn a handsome salary package.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Fluent in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to cold call and interact with potential clients
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Minimum of one year of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales experience
- Knowledge of sales processes
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Qualification: Minimum intermediate level- Bachelor
- Candidates should be having basic knowledge of, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Social Media, are preferred.
- Candidates with O/A levels of English will be preferred.
Monday to Saturday 6 working days a week
