Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and attract qualified IT professionals for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages for potential hires.
- Onboard new hires and maintain positive candidate relationships.
- Manage and update applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market demands in the IT sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape and relevant technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for building relationships and fostering positive candidate experiences.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: PKR 30,000 to PKR 40,000 (depending on skills and experience).
- Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM OR 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
