Telesales Representative responsibilities include:
- Contacting potential customers to inform them about our services using scripts.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Job brief:
We are looking for an enthusiastic male Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate preferred * No experience required
- Good spoken English communications and interpersonal skills
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business
Timings:
7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Monday to Saturday will be absord as working days.
