Maxtech Corporation is a distributor company marketing and selling Scientific, Laboratory & Field Testing Instrumentation for Analytical, Environmental Monitoring, Agriculture Research, Education and Industrial Materials Testing Instruments in Pakistan.
We are looking for experienced Sales / Marketing Coordinator / Officer for our Office located in Lahore.
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales inquiries, by telephone, fax , email.
- To provide back up support the Field Staff , Sales and Marketing Executives and respond to customer queries in best and efficient manner.
- To follow up all sales inquiries, preparing bid proposals and quotations and follow up where necessary.
- To fulfill & coordinate with the sales department & service department.
- Correspondence with customers, vendors & foreign Principals.
- Data-base administration & documents handling
- Typing the letters, preparing the quotations, tender documents, web surfing, communication with our foreign principals, record keeping and data management.
-Should have Minimum typing speed of 40WPM. Should be a graduate in science subjects like Chemistry, fluent English and should be confident.
- Command on MS Office especially MS Word & MS Excel
- The ability and desire to sell.

- Preferably candidate should be BBA or MBA or B.Sc. or M.Sc. or with Scientific Background with marketing knowledge and experience.
