An excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing US based accounting firm, Maya & Associates’ BPO Division located in Karachi, Pakistan. We're looking for a self-starter individual with strong people skills who has flexibility in their schedule to be able to work on US hours around deadlines. Duties include invoicing of assigned tasks and projects, work closely with the operations team, working with clients on collection of past due balances, executing signed engagement letters, participate in process improvement and submit collections reports to corporate office.
Qualifications: • 2 + years of experience in a Collections department or Call Center of a multi-national firm.
• Ability to speak clearly in English language to communicate with clients.
• The ability to work towards deadlines and in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, Word and Adobe PDF skills.
• Master’s degree candidates preferred.
Salary will be determined based on experience and qualification.
