Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Demonstrate professionalism and reliability by maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
Provide feedback from customers to the product development and marketing teams to help enhance offerings.
