We are looking for Two 2 Experienced Real estate Female Marketing Executives for our upcoming projects in Sukkur City.
Marketing Executive Job Duties:
- Manages marketing Project by working on given tasks, objectives, strategies and Targets.
- Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all Real Estate marketing plans to clients.
- Oversees and uses the given marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots and social media to engage potential clients.
- Regularly interacts with Top management to receive information and updates about Project Booking and Recovery progress and results.
- Presents regular updates and information to Top Management.
- Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.
- Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
- Organize and attends company-wide and marketing events
- Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars if required by the management.
- Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures
Marketing Executive Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field,
Up to 1 year Sales & Marketing / Customer Service Experience,
Pleasing & Well Groomed Personality ,
Computer Proficiency (MS Office Suite)
Exceptional communication Skills,
Knowledge of client dealing,
Strong relationship expert,
Strong negotiation skills,
Exceptional problem solving ability,
Keen client assessment aptitude,
Residents of Sukkur will be given preference (No Pick & drop will be given)
