MBA/BBA Student - Startup

Ringfence LLC is seeking an MBA or BBA student to join its team in Karachi Division, providing valuable support across financial and operational functions. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic professional environment, working closely with senior team members to assist in data analysis, reporting, and client deliverables. The position is designed to help students develop a strong understanding of business operations, consulting practices, and advisory services while contributing to process improvements and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data to support client projects.
- Prepare reports and documentation that summarize findings and track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of client requirements.
- Participate in market research to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to process documentation and workflow optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with organizational standards.
- Support senior team members in various advisory and back-office service tasks, gaining exposure to consulting methodologies and client management.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an MBA or BBA program, preferably with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial modeling or data analysis.
- Solid grasp of business fundamentals such as operations, strategy, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities, capable of preparing clear summaries, documentation, and presentations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines within structured processes.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a professional office setting and engaging with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and a keen interest in consulting, back-office services, or advisory roles.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic research skills.
