• Issuance of income statement together with manual receipt.
  • Maintaining all records of cash and checks cashed at the branch (Recording entries in online Google sheet for the same)
  • Keeping records of the customer's bank account details at the time of issuing the acceptance report and updating them on the master sheets.
  • Responding to the sales representative on matters such as rental inquires, agent discount details and CPR.
  • Collection of rebate forms and preparation of rebates for branch agents. (Make sure you collect the complete rebate forms duly signed by the respective BM and HOS with supporting document)
  • Updating master sheet on daily basis by adding notes if the said check is cashed in the bank and in case of any bounced cheque, the same must be highlighted to the concerned agent and GHO.
  • Keeping records of all returned checks.
  • Check check and branch cash pickup within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Branch cashier income and payments shared on a monthly basis. (Within 7 working days of each month)
  • Recording of daily transactions in REMS-ERP (training for these will be delivered ASAP)
  • More ad hoc reports will also be added.


  • MBA/BSAF Finance degree.
  • Experience in the field at least 1-2 years.
  • Be well versed in book and record keeping.
  • Good knowledge of banking procedures.
