We are looking for CCTV Operator.
- Operating and monitoring all surveillance security systems/cameras in the Control Center in an efficient manner and in accordance with operational procedures, legislation, and best practice.
- Recording all events, incidents, and actions in a clear, legible, and accurate written format.
- Maintain a secure data delivery system in compliance with regulations as well as ensure the security of the control room and equipment is maintained at all times and equipment failure is reported to the Senior Security Officer or Management.
- Providing an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and dealing with all inquiries efficiently.
- Communicate with security agencies and staff to ensure the appropriate use of CCTV and include all evidentiary records and witness statements to a standard acceptable to the Rules of Evidence.
