Responsibilities

Perform die changeovers and setup according to production schedules and specifications.
Adjust machines to achieve optimal die alignment and quality standards.
Inspect dies and machinery to identify issues and carry out necessary maintenance or repairs.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth transitions between jobs.
Maintain accurate records of machine setups, die adjustments, and changeover times.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Utilize knowledge of materials and die mechanics to troubleshoot production challenges.
Train and assist other operators on proper die changeover and setup techniques when required.
Monitor machine performance and promptly report any deviations or equipment malfunctions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
