We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, specializing in either Electrical or Mechanical. In addition to the engineering qualification, candidates with an MBA in marketing will be given preference. As a Sales and Marketing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your technical expertise to bridge the gap between engineering and sales, effectively communicating the value of our products and services to potential clients.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our engineering solutions and products, identifying target markets and creating compelling marketing campaigns.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction through effective pre- and post-sales support.
- Conduct field visits to potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored engineering solutions.
- Supervise projects from conception to completion, ensuring all client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative engineering solutions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make data-driven decisions that will drive sales and marketing success.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a minimum requirement.
- Candidates with an MBA in marketing are preferred.
- Possess strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the engineering sector, with years of experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and project supervision.
