Job Description


Manages the administration and growth of a fast growing B2B and B2C sales and Lead Generation Call Center. Primary responsibilities are overseeing sales operations and manage Sales Associates, Account Executives, and Team Leads Management, Training Sales Associates, Account Executives and Team Leads, Managing Client Relations, and Reporting KPIs to company leadership. Assumes a leadership role in the provision of professional services specific to the functional area of focus, ensuring that existing and emergent resources are on track with relevant roles and responsibilities and best practices, and that they are in direct support of the overall goals and objectives of the enterprise. Engages directly with clients on a weekly basis to ensure service is on track and problems are handled correctly and professionally. Involved in planning, hiring, and employee decisions. Collaborates directly with senior leadership on the development of strategies to enhance the value and cost-effectiveness of all outcomes within the functional area of operation, and participates in overall decision making as a member of the senior management team of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the sales team leads, sales team and sales operations of Zaphyre

  2. Interfacing with Clients and developing and deepening Client relationships including identifying and closing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

  3. Managing market research functions and analyzing the need of new databases for client companies based upon the health of current databases of prospects

  4. Establish and implement short and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures

  5. Monitoring and Evaluating operational effectiveness, and changes required for improvement.

  6. Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within for running Sales Operations in a better way.

  7. Provide professional support and leadership to all the staff working under the Senior Manager as a principal point expertise on all matters relating to the problems.

  8. Analyzes, designs, documents, and implements internal reporting systems and procedures for Zaphyre, within specified functional area of operation, as applicable to the specified area of focus.

  9. Design, coordinate, and implement training programs for team members within the company and its components regarding the nature and application operating policies and procedures.

  10. Manage and/or provide day-to-day leadership to Sales Associates, Account Executives, and Team Leads on various campaigns and accounts that they are engaged in.

  11. Understand and utilize company CRM tool to facilitate tracking and reporting of sales activities and client management

  12. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
