We are looking for a software support specialist with a basic background in US healthcare industry and excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:·
- Providing EMR/EHR/LIS and Patient Portal Support
- Responding on tickets/emails and phone calls
- Training users on EMR/EHR and other software products related to healthcare
- Coordinating with Analysis, QA and Software development departments to get resolved any bugs/ripples found in the software products
- Gathering and documenting all the details in case end users request for a new change.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelors in any domain with excellent English communication
- Hands on in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP
- Knowledge of US healthcare industry
- 2 to 3 year hands on experience of customer support (preferably in US healthcare
