- We have an immediate opening for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations.
- You will be responsible for tracking inventory and ordering supplies, managing daily preparation of menu items, managing staff to ensure that each and every order is served properly and timely.
- At the close of each day, you will reconcile receipts, cash intake, and tips, and lock up cash and other financial records into the safe.
- Our ideal candidate has at least five years of industry experience, including supervisory roles, and is reliable and trustworthy.
Specific Tasks
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times
- Handle paperwork and other administrative duties
- Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
- Manage the budget and keep relevant statistical and financial records
- Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant customers and employees
