MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a well-established contracting firm specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, is seeking a full-time Mechanical Draftsman to join their team in Karachi. As a sister company of IZHAR Construction Company Pvt. Ltd., MEP Solutions is actively involved in the K-Electric Project and requires a skilled draftsman to work on-site. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary engineering team to support the execution of various mechanical drafting assignments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with a team of specialists to produce precise mechanical drafts.
- Prepare and review shop and isometric drawings related to mechanical systems.
- Develop detailed layouts for condensate piping, compressed air piping, fire fighting systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Utilize computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software to create and modify technical drawings.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest drafting software advancements and industry standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 to 13 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Draftsman.
- Strong expertise in preparing shop and isometric drawings, particularly for condensate piping, compressed air piping, fire fighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software is essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Job Details
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-site position.
- Location: Karachi, specifically for the K-Electric Project.
- Salary Range: Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 90,000 per month.
