INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a skilled Mechanical Draftsman to join its Wellhead and Skids Solutions team. This role plays a crucial part in advancing process automation solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Renewable Energy. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative projects involving Integrated Control Systems, SCADA Virtualization, Wellhead Automation, and Telecommunication, helping drive operational excellence and industry-leading innovation. INTECH specializes in delivering vendor-neutral, customized control, safety, and automation systems tailored to diverse industrial needs, including virtualizing SCADA systems for satellite sites and optimizing upstream and downstream automation processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and 2D/3D digital models for mechanical equipment and piping systems.
- Apply knowledge of international codes, standards, and best practices related to piping design and drafting.
- Develop 2D and 3D models for FEED-level piping and equipment designs, including skid-based structures and components.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to understand project requirements, verify designs, and recommend modifications aligned with company standards.
- Create plans, sections, layouts, and fabrication drawings that clearly communicate construction and manufacturing needs.
- Maintain drafting standards, design documentation, drawing registers, and drafting logs throughout project lifecycles.
- Review and verify Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accuracy and completeness.
- Incorporate red-line markups and ensure all design changes are accurately reflected in final drawings.
- Participate in CAD model reviews and design coordination meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance of drawings and models with project specifications, engineering requirements, drafting standards, and quality procedures.
- Support engineers and project teams in resolving drafting and design-related issues while meeting project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in mechanical and piping drafting, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and at least one 3D design platform such as CADWorx, PDMS, or Tekla.
- Strong understanding of piping layouts, equipment arrangements, skid-based systems, and mechanical fabrication requirements.
- Good knowledge of applicable international codes and standards for piping design and drafting.
- Excellent technical communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings and 3D models.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work efficiently within strict project timelines.
