Mechanical Engineer – Projects (MEP/HVAC)

PRO-S, a dynamic engineering solutions company specializing in MEP, HVAC, BMS, Water Treatment, Clean Utilities, and Civil works for pharmaceutical, industrial, and commercial sectors across Pakistan, is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Karachi. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience in project execution and management. The position is designed for candidates eager to develop their skills beyond a traditional desk job, involving site visits, client interactions, and active participation in project planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client and technical meetings alongside the Project Manager.
- Prepare meeting minutes and monitor action items to ensure timely follow-up.
- Plan and coordinate site visits and surveys efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Proposal Department to assist in preparing accurate quotations.
- Follow up on quotations, client queries, and approvals until final closure.
- Monitor project execution, track site progress, and ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate effectively with site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain up-to-date project records, reports, and documentation for transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. or B.Sc.).
- Up to 5–6 years of relevant experience in MEP, HVAC, or industrial projects. Fresh graduates with substantial internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write reports in both English and Urdu.
- Highly organized, proactive, and diligent in following up on tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and attend meetings.
- Professional Engineering Council (PEC) registration is preferred but not mandatory.
