Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with over two years of experience to join our team in Lahore, DHA-3. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and validation of mechanical systems and components. This role requires creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings, conducting engineering analyses, and assisting with prototyping and testing to ensure product reliability and performance. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage projects from concept through to manufacturing, while adhering to quality standards, cost constraints, and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components.
- Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD.
- Perform structural and thermal analyses utilizing finite element analysis (FEA) tools.
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and design validation processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transition projects from concept to manufacturing.
- Select appropriate materials and manufacturing methods.
- Apply design for manufacturability (DFM) principles to optimize production.
- Maintain comprehensive product lifecycle management (PLM) documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with quality standards, meet cost targets, and adhere to project timelines.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and product development processes.
- Experience with structural and thermal analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Good technical documentation and communication skills.
