We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh candidates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, industrial environment. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to project management activities, research and development initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts at our Phool Nagar facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components, systems, and assemblies using Machine Design principles and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Support project management tasks including planning, resource coordination, and execution of engineering projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in research and development activities aimed at optimizing mechanical processes and equipment performance.
- Contribute to maintenance planning and reliability engineering efforts, ensuring adherence to industrial safety standards.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and equipment manuals to prepare clear and accurate engineering documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage in on-site operational activities to support day-to-day engineering functions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior professional experience is not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools relevant to mechanical engineering.
- Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning and resource coordination.
- Knowledge of maintenance practices, reliability engineering, and industrial safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to participate in on-site operational activities at the Phool Nagar facility.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Exposure to Research and Development (R&D), continuous improvement, and optimization of mechanical processes is highly desirable.
- Prior experience or familiarity with pulp, paper, packaging, or process industries will be considered an advantage.
