We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team, responsible for the installation, inspection, and commissioning of industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various mechanical components and equipment, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime through effective maintenance and troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive approach to machinery upkeep, including preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis, to support continuous production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, and commission industrial machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical equipment to resolve issues promptly.
- Handle gearboxes, gears, shafts, bearings, and couplings with practical expertise.
- Conduct machinery alignment, mechanical inspections, and diagnose faults accurately.
- Maintain pellet mills, dies, rollers, conveyors, and related equipment in optimal condition.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failure.
- Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring mechanical breakdowns to prevent future issues.
- Identify critical spare parts and plan maintenance activities accordingly.
- Maintain detailed machinery service history and prepare maintenance reports for record-keeping.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery.
- Strong practical knowledge of gearboxes, shafts, bearings, and couplings.
- Ability to perform machinery alignment and fault diagnosis effectively.
- Experience with pellet mills, dies, rollers, conveyors, or similar industrial equipment.
- Skilled in developing and executing preventive maintenance plans.
- Competence in conducting Root Cause Analysis for mechanical failures.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in industrial machinery commissioning is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with critical spare parts management and maintenance planning.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs110,000.
