Ana & Batla Industries, a reputable hygiene products manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join their manufacturing plant located in the Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment and a proactive approach to minimizing equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery to maintain optimal functionality.
- Diagnose mechanical faults accurately and carry out necessary repairs promptly.
- Assemble, dismantle, and replace mechanical components as required to support production processes.
- Ensure machinery operates efficiently, reducing downtime and supporting continuous manufacturing output.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company or similar industrial setting.
- Candidates should be below 35 years of age.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near the Landhi Industrial Area for ease of commute.

Work Schedule and Compensation
The normal working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM as needed. The position also involves weekly rotational shifts, including both day and night shifts. The monthly salary range for this role is between Rs. 45,000 and Rs. 55,000.

Work Location
This is an on-site position based at the manufacturing plant in Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi.
