We are looking for a skilled Comforter / Quilting Machine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical faults, and repairing industrial quilting and comforter machines. This role is essential to maintaining smooth production operations and minimizing downtime within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform both preventive and breakdown maintenance on quilting and comforter machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving quilting heads, needle bars, rollers, belts, bearings, and drive systems.
- Identify and resolve stitching and quilting defects caused by mechanical malfunctions.
- Maintain pneumatic systems and provide support with basic electrical troubleshooting when necessary.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure all activities comply with machine safety procedures.
- Collaborate closely with production staff to reduce downtime and enhance machine reliability.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in textile machinery maintenance.
- Hands-on experience working with industrial quilting and comforter machines.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance practices, and breakdown troubleshooting techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with computerized multi-needle quilting machines is considered an advantage.

This is a full-time, in-person position located in the Rasheedabad SITE area. The role demands a proactive technician who can work efficiently within a production environment to support continuous manufacturing processes.
