The Mechanical Technician role at Honda Cavalry Motors is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The technician will be responsible for performing routine inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on Honda vehicles in strict adherence to manufacturer standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to preventive and scheduled maintenance, as well as the ability to identify and troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Honda vehicles following manufacturer specifications.
- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and safety.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Accurately document all maintenance and repair work in service records.
- Collaborate effectively with service advisors and other technicians to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
- Follow Honda’s technical guidelines, quality control procedures, and safety standards consistently.
- Communicate clearly with team members to support efficient service operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills in automotive maintenance, repair, and general mechanical systems.
- Ability to perform equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance on Honda vehicles and workshop tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and manuals.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in automotive or mechanical technology.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, service bulletins, and repair manuals accurately.
