Mechatronics Technician (DAE)

Byonyks Factory in Lahore is seeking a dedicated Mechatronics Technician to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechatronics and a passion for hands-on work involving mechanical and electrical systems. This role involves supporting machine assembly, electrical wiring, soldering, testing, troubleshooting, and prototype development. It is well-suited for candidates who enjoy practical tasks and working closely with engineers to bring projects from concept to reality.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components, electrical parts, and electromechanical systems following drawings and work instructions.
- Perform soldering, wire cutting, stripping, crimping, connector installation, and basic wiring tasks.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
- Assist in machine testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and prototype development activities.
- Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials.
- Support engineers with basic CAD-related tasks, 3D printing, documentation, and testing processes.
- Maintain an organized workstation and adhere strictly to safety procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechatronics is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with a DAE in Mechatronics are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, components, polarity, wire gauges, and connectors.
- Hands-on experience or skills in soldering, wiring, or mechanical assembly are preferred.
- Familiarity with multimeters and common hand tools.
- Good attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software is an advantage.
- Relevant work experience of up to 3 years is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is preferred.
