Role and Responsibilities
- Program/plan, direct/organize, rectify and successfully implement all activities about operations in a Pharmacy.
- Supervision of pharmacy reports & liaison with the Head office.
- Maintenance of legal procedure & narcotic registers.
- Maintain a disciplined environment in the Pharmacy.
- Provide staff training & new product knowledge to the Pharmacy team.
- Prepare periodic performance evaluations on all employees.
