Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial models such as cash flow projections, fund demand analysis and cash budgeting, business valuations, retail and discount models, profitability forecasting, and viability assessment models of new business opportunities.
  • Prepare site-wise and segment-wise analysis/reports on revenue, profitability, liquidity, and investment.
  • Liaison with group Head-Office departments (Internal Audit, Finance and Accounts, Budgeting & Planning, Risk).
  • Preparation and submission of Annual Corporate Budget.
  • Review and submission of Annual Performance Review.
  • Review and submission of monthly management reporting & dashboards.
  • Review and submission of Half-Yearly Review.
  • Review and submission of Quarterly Review.
  • Review of Monthly Accounts.
  • Review of Site-wise profitability.
  • Review of Liability related Balance Sheet schedules.
  • Liaison with External Auditors.
  • Liaison with Internal Auditors.
  • Liaison for Provident Fund Audit.
  • Prepare Financial Feasibility models.
  • Finalize Ad-Hoc briefing reports to MD, ED, CEO and GHQ.
  • Data provisioning to Head Office pertaining to Finance.
  • Liaison and supervision of special audits conducted at corporate or group level.
  • Follow-up with various departments and employees regarding outstanding advances.
  • Support to management, finance team, and other departments.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Cost & Management Accountant/Chartered Accountant or ACCA with at least 3 years post qualification experience.
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the relevant field in a medium to large sized organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Leadership
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience of IAS/IFRS
