• Conduct survivor’s intake assessments using a trauma-informed, survivor-centered approach.
  • Develop and implement individualized safety plans and case management plans for survivors in collaboration with them.
  • Provide basic psychosocial support to survivors, Psychological first aid, relief oriented interventions and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Facilitate referrals to external service providers and teams for medical, legal, shelter, and livelihood services, and ensuring their follow-up sessions.
  • Along with psychologist, contribute in organizing and facilitating the survivors focused group sessions including training and workshops on improving and enhancing life skills, self-care, wellbeing, vocational skill and livelihood strengthening.
  • Along with MNCH and MHPSS contribute in organizing in-facility awareness and health education sessions.
  • Along the medical doctor and supervisors, oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the WGSS, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the visiting women and girls.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all activities, including case files, attendance records, and service referrals, ensuring data protection and confidentiality as per guidelines and principles.
  • Prepare and submit regular work plans and progress reports (weekly, monthly, or as required) on WGSS activities, challenges, and accomplishments.
  • Manage and organize the procurement and inventory of supplies needed for the overall operations at WGSS.
  • Regular coordination with security team to ensure the physical safety and security of the WGSS facility, including access and safeguarding protocols.
  • Coordination and liaising with logistics, administration, and security departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with IP organizations responsible for organizing vocational training activities at WGSS and delivery of free legal assistance to survivors.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor.
